When a new day begins, dare to smile gratefully. When there is injustice, dare to be the first to condemn it. When something seems difficult, dare to do it anyway. When there seems to be no hope, dare to find some. When you’re feeling tired, dare to keep going. When times are tough, dare to be tougher. When someone is hurting, dare to help them heal. When a friend falls, dare to be the first to extend a hand. When you cross paths with another, dare to make them smile. ― Steve Maraboli

Oh my gosh! Where has the summer gone! And what a great summer that was full of family and fun!! Love it when I am able to spend time with my kiddo's! Baseball games, hockey games, camping, weddings, reunions, lake time, s'mores, and a new one for me was wine making!! I bottled 29 bottles of wine, turned out pretty good! Can't wait to give them as gifts and share with family and friends! :)
Another favorite highlight this summer was attending the Level 2 Literacy Camp at Camp Courage! What a great learning experience for me and the campers who attended! Totally recommend this experience to teachers and for students! We were able to learn from two amazing people from North Carolina....Dr. Dave Koppenhaver and Dr. Karen Erickson. They have so much knowledge to share! It was an amazing week and made some life long connections with some amazing campers!!
Now, getting excited to start a new school year! Can't wait!! ;)
First, need to get some stuff on these walls!!
